By placing people at the core of its approach, Breakthrough ACTION deeply understands the needs, behaviors, and preferences of intended audiences. Through immersive research, including interviews, observations, and co-creation sessions, Breakthrough ACTION gathers insights directly from the community. These insights inform the development of tailored SBC interventions that address specific challenges and opportunities within the cultural context. Breakthrough ACTION iteratively tests and refines its solutions in collaboration with community members, fostering ownership and sustainability. This inclusive process fosters empathy, ensuring that interventions are not only effective but also culturally relevant and acceptable.
