Father’s Club Manual on Engaging Men in Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health and in Sexual and Reproductive Health for the Multi-Country SHOW Program
The overall objective of the Fathers Clubs is to promote men’s equitable and nonviolent involvement as partners in maternal, newborn, and child health (MNCH) and sexual and reproductive health (SRH). This manual contains a series of interactive and engaging activity-based sessions to be carried out by a well-trained facilitator over several months. The purpose of these sessions is for men—sometimes alone and sometimes with their partners—to reflect on what it means to be a man and a father in the context of MNCH and SRH.
