This resource highlights the work of Breakthrough ACTION in Liberia, implemented from 2020 to 2025. Designed to improve health outcomes across 12 counties, the project used innovative social and behavior change (SBC) strategies to address critical health issues, including malaria, maternal and child health, family planning, nutrition, and zoonotic diseases. Featuring key tools like the Malaria Behavior Survey (MBS), adolescent health clubs, and the Healthy Life campaign, this resource is for practitioners, policymakers, and community leaders seeking insights into sustainable, community-driven approaches for health systems strengthening and behavior change in Liberia.
