In Mali, Breakthrough ACTION works with government agencies and implementing partners, including the National Center for Health Information, Education, and Communication and the national One Health Platform, to expand their ability to conduct successful risk communication and community engagement (RCCE) activities. The project helps partners and stakeholders develop plans and resources for public health emergencies, create systems to enable cross-collaboration, and build knowledge management systems to harmonize RCCE efforts. It also collaborates with local stakeholders to implement social and behavior change efforts and processes to better communicate health risks and prevention strategies.
