SBC for Service Delivery Community of Practice: Welcoming New Members and Looking Ahead

June 7, 2022 @ 9:00 am - 10:00 am

SBC for Service Delivery Community of Practice

Since 2019, the Social and Behavior Change for Service Delivery Community of Practice has brought together professionals committed to improving the practice of integrating social and behavior change (SBC) across the reproductive health service continuum. Members have the opportunity to overcome the silos that separate SBC and service delivery professionals and be on the cutting edge of thinking to expand the impact of SBC for reproductive health service delivery programs. Together, the group has developed a shared agenda outlining priorities and commitments, implementation guidance for the Circle of Care Model, an indicator bank for measuring SBC for service delivery activities, and several other knowledge products.

During our next meeting, we will welcome new members and align our priorities moving forward by focusing on the following questions:

  • What have we accomplished?
  • What gaps remain?
  • Where are we best placed to advance the field of SBC for reproductive health service delivery in the years ahead?
  • What priorities should we add, keep, change, or remove from our shared agenda?

We are inviting everyone who is interested in the intersection of SBC and reproductive health service delivery to attend —from those who have been members since 2019 to those who are just hearing of this group for the first time. If you are not already a member of the community of practice and would like to become one, you can sign up online. You do not need to be a member to attend this meeting.
